Terms of Service

1 Eligibility and Registration

• Registration must be completed using accurate and truthful information about the student and the custodian.
• Each registration is valid for a single candidate only. It cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
• If multiple siblings within the same household wish to enroll in the same course, a special sibling discount is available. Please contact our support team to avail this offer.

2 Technical Requirements

Before applying for any course, students must ensure they have:

• A working computer or laptop with a functioning webcam
• Headphones or a headset/handsfree device
• A stable and active internet connection

If you need any assistance setting up or understanding these requirements, our Help Portal and WhatsApp support team are available to guide you.

3 Class Schedule and Attendance

• Before completing your registration, please review the number of class days per week, class duration, and class timing carefully, as this information is your responsibility to confirm in advance.
• If the available timing or days do not suit you, you may submit a request through our portal for a new schedule. Once a sufficient number of similar requests are received, we will notify you about the possibility of a new batch.
• Students are required to be present on time for every class. Unexcused absences are not acceptable.
• If a student must take leave due to a genuine reason, this must be recorded in their profile in advance or as soon as possible.

4 Code of Conduct

Any form of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or indiscipline during class will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of enrollment without a fee refund.

5 Assignments and Coursework

• Completing assignments and class tasks is mandatory for all students.
• If a student fails to submit assignments for two consecutive instances, the custodian will be formally notified.
• If the student fails to submit assignments for a third time, a written warning and/or a financial penalty may be imposed, as deemed appropriate by the institute.
• Some courses may require students to put in additional effort or incur minor expenses (such as materials or supplies) to complete certain assignments or projects. This will be communicated clearly at the start of the relevant course.

6 Fees and Payments

• Full course fees must be paid in advance or within the first week of the course starting.
• All fees paid are non-refundable. However, the institute may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis depending on genuine and verifiable circumstances.

7 Institute's Rights

PK Skillheader reserves the right, without prior notice, to:

• Modify the course content or outline at any time
• Cancel a course at any stage
• Change class timings
• Increase or decrease the duration of a course

We will make reasonable efforts to inform students of any major changes as soon as possible, even though prior notice is not guaranteed.

8 Cancellation of Registration

If it is found that a student or custodian has provided false, misleading, or inaccurate information at the time of registration, the institute reserves the right to cancel the registration immediately. In such cases, any fees already paid will not be refunded.

9 Limitation of Liability

PK Skillheader will not be held liable for any technical issues arising from the student's own equipment, internet connection, or third-party software/platforms used during online classes.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
