1 Accuracy of Information

You and your custodian must provide correct and accurate personal information at the time of registration. Our team may contact you or your custodian at any time to verify this information. If any information is found to be false or misleading, your registration will be cancelled, and any fees already paid will be non-refundable.

2 One Registration Per Candidate

Each registration is valid for one candidate only and cannot be used by or transferred to anyone else. If you have a sibling who wishes to join the same course, a special sibling discount is offered — please contact our team to take advantage of this offer.

3 Review Class Schedule Before Registering

Before registering, please carefully check:

• The number of class days per week
• The duration of each class
• The class timing

If the available timing or days do not work for you, you may submit a request through our portal for a different schedule. Once enough requests for a particular timing are received, we will notify you so a new batch can be arranged.

4 Technical Requirements

Before applying for a course, please make sure you have:

• A computer or laptop with a working webcam
• Headphones or a handsfree/headset device
• A stable, active internet connection

5 Punctuality and Attendance

Students must be present on time for every class. Absence without a valid reason is not acceptable. If a student needs to take leave due to a genuine emergency or unavoidable circumstance, this must be recorded in their profile.

6 Privacy and Confidentiality

Sharing a student's or custodian's phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, or any other personal information with any third party is strictly prohibited and considered a serious violation. The institute is committed to keeping all personal and family information strictly confidential.

7 Institute's Right to Modify Courses

The institute reserves the right, without prior notice, to:

• Change or update course content or outline
• Cancel a course at any time
• Change class timings
• Increase or decrease course duration

8 Classroom Discipline

Any form of misconduct or disruptive behavior during class will not be tolerated and may lead to disciplinary action.

9 Assignments and Coursework

Completing assignments and class tasks is mandatory.

• Failure to submit assignments two times in a row will result in the custodian being formally notified.
• Failure to submit assignments a third time may result in a written warning and/or a financial penalty.
• Certain courses may require students to make extra effort or bear minor expenses (such as project materials) as part of completing assignments. This will be clearly communicated in advance.

10 Fees Policy

Course fees must be paid in advance or within the first week of the course. All fees paid are non-refundable; however, the institute may consider special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

11 Acknowledgment

By completing your registration, you confirm that you and your custodian have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Rules & Regulations, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
